Data Deletion Policy

Overview

This dashboard is used internally by our band to collect, analyze, and display social media performance data from connected platforms.

We only store information necessary to provide analytics and reporting for our team's use.

What Data We Store

Depending on the connected platform, we may store:

  • Social media account identifiers

  • Public profile information

  • Post metadata and engagement statistics

  • Audience and performance analytics

  • Historical reporting data

  • Access tokens required to retrieve analytics data

We do not collect private messages or personal user content beyond what is made available through authorized platform APIs.

Requesting Data Deletion

Authorized team members may request deletion of stored social media data by contacting the dashboard administrator.

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will:

  1. Remove stored access tokens.

  2. Delete associated analytics and reporting data from our database.

  3. Disconnect the linked social media account from the dashboard.

  4. Stop future data collection for that account.

Deletion Timeline

Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. In most cases, data is removed much sooner.

Data Retention

Certain operational records, audit logs, or backup copies may remain temporarily after deletion requests are processed. These records are automatically removed according to our retention schedule.
